Fashion Product Lab (FPL) is an intensive, 12-week program with a mission to propel African designers as entrepreneurs that possess the skills to operate self-sustaining businesses in the creative sector of a globally competitive market. This is through tailored workshops and mentorship. This program targets 6-10 young creatives aged between 18 to 35 years and aspires to use fashion as a tool to communicate with some pertinent issues in society that are never brought to light. The project aims to reduce the high unemployment rate and enable fashion designers to gain value from the program's focus on business strategy, investment perspectives and networking to increase sustainability.
